Haiti’s deforestation causes erosion and famine. We intend to plant regular trees and fruit trees, such as avocado, mango, guava and citrus. This project intends to reduce erosion and nourish everybody, especially children with fruits.
In my childhood, the countrymen planted fruit trees by the side of the road for school students. After school, eating a fruit, provided me more energy to climb the mountain on my way home. After 1980, the hurricanes washed out most of the plants and killed many people and animals. Because of misery people continued to cut down big trees to make charcoal in order to cook and pay the school of their children. Other sources of energy will be an alternative. I dream to see fruit trees like in my childhood and the joy of children grasping fruits to eat.

We will use the layering technique on plants for faster reforestation and harvest. We intend to buy hormones, knives, and invest in education for this new cloning technique. This project will cost at least $5,000 a year. In the future, we intend to expand the same project to other communities around Bonga like Belo, Fessa, Procy, Laval, Malanga, and Berly. With your help in God’s name, we can reach the entire country. Nothing is impossible with God.  Please sponsor these projects and help Haiti to decrease famine, suffering, and humiliation. May God empower us and bless us abundantly!
